Orders
'Preorder' means you’re purchasing an item before it’s in stock. Your payment reserves the piece in our production run. All preorder items will ship by March 1. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they will ship together unless you place separate orders.
Note: Preorders are not custom orders. Products are only available in the sizing and colors represented on our website. In the event of delays outside of our control, we will reach out directly with a detailed update. We do accept exchanges and returns. Please see our policy HERE.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout.
U.S. customers:
No. All Serotone Swim orders shipping within the United States are not subject to customs duties or tariffs.
International customers:
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import policies for the most accurate information.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can track the status of all of your orders in your account. When your orders ships out, you will receive a tracking number.
If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at orders@serotoneswim.com. Depending on when the order is placed and available stock, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.
Generally, yes. If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us at orders@serotoneswim.com with your request.
Shipping & Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, with tags and sanitary stickers intact.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your order for another size or product, we are happy to help! Exchanges are free. Just email us at orders@serotoneswim.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange. We will send you a free return label and a code to place your exchange order. NOTE: Exchanges can take up to six weeks, depending on stock availability.
Returns:
If you wish to return items in your order, simply contact us at orders@serotoneswim.com with your order number, and we will be happy to start your return process. Refunds will be processed once the items are received at our fulfillment center. Return shipping will be deducted from total refund.
All PREORDER items will ship by Feb 15. Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, shipping can take an estimate of 7-10 business days.
After Feb 15, orders will process within 48hrs of placement.
Currently, we only ship domestically and to Canada. We will be open for international orders for SS26!

Please email orders@serotoneswim.com if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim with the shipping provider on your behalf two weeks after the expected delivery date. Please note that these claims can take up to 31 days to process after they are submitted. If the package has not been located after 31 days, we will move forward with next steps. Sarah Blaser, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.

YES! You can purchase a gift card by clicking on under Shop in our navigation. Please note that gift cards must be forwarded via email from the purchaser to the desired recipient.
